Majestic and stately town house in Pego

Majestic and stately town house located in the center of the town of Pego, Alicante, Costa Blanca. The house was built in 1905 inspired by the houses of the great Marseille (France) of the time, being today a unique and emblematic house of more than 100 years of history.

Of impeccable decoration origin in perfect condition, the noble materials stand out, large entrance doors of noble wood, hydraulic floors of different colors, railings of carved wood with dragon decorations, ceilings with gold leaf ornaments, hand-painted borders and carved wooden rosettes, among other details. Dragon decorations indicate greatness and perfection.

The house is divided into three levels, GROUND FLOOR distributed in entrance hall, two large bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet, kitchen and interior patio with access to the garage with entrance through another street. FIRST FLOOR consists of six bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen , bathroom, living room and nice distributor.  SECOND FLOOR has a large open space, two bedrooms, and a beautiful wooden spiral staircase with access to the turret. It also has an independent commercial premises.

The façade is newly restored and both the rooms and the living rooms are exterior and have large windows and balconies with direct light.
